Privacy notice

What we collect

• Details you give us when you book: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), and any notes you choose to add.
• Details of your booking: the reading you chose, the date and time, your language, the country you selected (used to show the right price and payment method), and the status of the booking.
• Messages and proof of payment you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider records your IP address and browser type when you visit the site.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website.

How we use it

• To arrange, confirm and hold your session, and to contact you about it by email or WhatsApp.
• To confirm your payment and keep a record of bookings.
• To keep the booking system secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal or accounting requirements.

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Your consent

When you tick the box on the booking form and confirm your booking, you agree to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your choices”). If you do, we may no longer be able to keep your booking.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site. They handle your data only for that purpose:

• Supabase: the database that stores bookings.
• Google: Google Calendar, where each booking appears as an event with your name, email, phone and notes; and Google Fonts, which loads the site’s typefaces and therefore receives your IP address.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.

We may also disclose your details if the law requires it.

Storage outside Singapore

Our service providers may store or process data in other countries, for example the United States. We take reasonable steps so that your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for legal and accounting reasons. After that we delete or anonymise it.

On your device

The site saves your language choice and, if you draw a card, that day’s card in your browser’s local storage so it can remember them. While you fill in the booking form, what you have typed is also kept in your browser for that tab only, so you do not lose it if you read this notice; it is removed when your booking is confirmed or you close the tab. None of this is used to track you. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at nyeintarot@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +65 8644 9903. We will reply within 30 days, and may need to check it is really you before we act.

Security

We limit who can see your data, use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and rely on providers with strong security. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
